Description

Movement on the pitch with various tasks: Dribbling Sole control Juggling Bouncing the ball Passing by numbers Passing by numbers + throw (2 balls!) Running exercises: On command, all players of a team run through a cone gate (previously determine which team goes through which gate) and switch fields. Dribbling or sprinting is possible! If running, players take a ball from the other group.
