Description
During the run, perform each of the following coordination tasks three times. The return trip is completed at a normal jogging pace. Coordination Tasks: Two sets of forward side-steps to the left, then two sets of forward side-steps to the right. Raise both elbows to shoulder height and rhythmically rotate the upper body twice to the right, twice to the left, and so on. Touch the ground inside with both hands to the rhythm of the run. Twice to the right, twice to the left, and so on. Raise both elbows to shoulder height and rhythmically push them back twice, then clap twice. Right hand claps the raised left thigh, left hand claps the raised right thigh, then clap twice to the rhythm of the run. Right hand touches the right heel, left hand touches the right heel, then clap twice to the rhythm of the run. Quickly perform two sets of backward side-steps to the left, then two sets of backward side-steps to the right.
