Warm-up: Ball and Coordination

Description

Players are divided into 2 equal groups, each behind the markers. The first player passes the ball to the other side through the cones and performs a coordination exercise towards their right side using hurdles or a coordination ladder. Then, they line up behind the other group. The drill is performed as an endless passing exercise.
