WARM-UP 4

Description

The GK coach passes a ball to goalkeeper 1, who controls it and passes it to goalkeeper 2, who controls it and passes it back to the coach. He then moves towards the two cones performing joint mobility exercises. This can also be done with hand distribution and switching sides.
