Description

Objective: - Pressing ball exit 1-4-1-4-1 against 1-4-3-3 Provocation rule: - 1-4-3-3 system Observations: - Goalkeeper balanced according to the defense. - Full-backs: their markers will be the wingers; they may need to jump to an interior midfielder during a switch of play, with their position being covered by a center-back. - Center-backs: will split the striker; if necessary, they will jump to the interior midfielder during a switch of play. - Defensive pivot: their marker will be the interior midfielder on the strong side; if there is a switch of play and they cannot reach the other interior, they must receive help from the center-back or full-back, dropping into the defensive line. - Offensive pivot: jumps to the left center-back when the ball lands there; if there is a switch of play, they jump to the central midfielder. - Attacking midfielder: jumps to the central midfielder when the ball lands on the left center-back; if there is a switch of play, they will shift to provide cover for the left winger and block the passing lane to the right interior midfielder. - Right winger: when the ball lands on the left center-back, they will shift to mark the right interior midfielder; if there is a switch of play, they will mark their right full-back. - Left winger: when the ball lands on the left center-back, they mark their left full-back; if there is a switch of play, they will shift to mark the left interior midfielder. - Striker: if the ball lands on the left center-back, they will perform a deterrent run towards the center-back; if there is a switch of play, they will jump to the goalkeeper and then to their pair, the right center-back.
