Description

The exercise begins in the inner square where a team of 3 keeps possession while the 2 players from the other team try to win the ball to launch a counter-attack. Once the team in possession completes four touches, they play a vertical pass to the strikers. The key is for the center-backs to anticipate the play to end the exercise. If they fail to anticipate, the striker will attempt to score within a set time limit.
