Alternative - Warm-up program - Chain running

Description

The coach assigns numbers to the balls (cones). When the coach calls out a number, the players must move as if the cone or ball in question were the player in possession. Once the players have reached their final positions, the coach corrects them if necessary. Then they return to their starting positions so the coach can call out another number. The coach can also call out a pressing zone (pressing up front, in midfield, in defense, on the right flank, etc.).
