5v5 with 4 goals
- Level:
- Intermediate
Description
A 5v5 game is played in the designated space (see image). The attacking team (A), consisting of two attacking midfielders, two wingers, and a striker, must score goals by dribbling between the two cones located in the wide sub-spaces. To score, they must either perform a circulation from one flank to the other (goal worth 1 point) or a switch of play from one flank to the other without passing through the central lane (goal worth 2 points). The defending team (B), consisting of the defensive line, can score goals if, after gaining possession during a play, one of the full-backs dribbles between the two cones located in their lane. The exercise starts with the ball at the feet of one of the attacking midfielders. If the ball goes out of bounds or a goal is scored, the exercise restarts with the ball at the attacking midfielders.
