Description
• 2 teams play 4v4. • The other 4 players complete the circuit: Run through the coordination ladder with small steps. Perform quick, explosive jumps over the hurdles. Jog loosely behind the goals and perform a sprint on the fourth side. • After 5 min, take a break of approx. 2 min and switch.
