Description
Objective: - 1-4-4-2 system Conditioning rule: - Support and breaking runs. Notes: ATTACK - Vertical support and breaking runs. - Provide options for wide players to progress. - Switch play to the opposite flank to relieve pressure. - Play on the same line as the defenders. - Exploit free space on the wings, by the other striker, behind the defense, and through the center.
