LINE DRILL (Ball exit 1)

Description

Objective: - Ball exit (build-up). Conditioning rule: - Press during the exit to force a long pass. Observations: - The space is divided into 3 sectors. - The team working on the objective (no bibs) must cross the midfield line with the ball under control; if the opposing team (yellow) steals the ball, they can score in the goal. - For the team without bibs, players in the first two sectors can move freely in attack across sectors, with the only premise of having at least one player near the goal (to provide balance), but those in the third sector cannot leave it; their role is to provide continuity to the team's play based on the third-man concept. - In defense, each player must remain in their starting zone. - The yellow team, when defending, can occupy the sector near the goal with a maximum of two players and a minimum of one. To attack, they can move freely (except for one who must stay back to provide balance).
