Description
Objective: - Playing wide. Conditioning rules: - The player who takes the ball out of the 10x10 space passes the ball to the winger. Observations: - The process starts in the 10x10 space; upon winning the ball, we must look long (wide). - The team that won the ball will enter to finish, plus the joker acting as a striker, while the 3 defenders will defend. - The role change will be: the team that was keeping possession starts defending, and the team that enters keeps possession.
