Build-up and progression task in a 1-4-2-3-1 system

Description

Possession drill corresponding to the build-up and progression zones in a 1-4-2-3-1 system. To move from zone A to B, a minimum of 7 passes must be completed in zone A. The movements explained in previous tasks are applied. If the defending team wins the ball in zone A, a 4 vs 5 counter-attack towards goal is carried out. If possession is lost in zone B, the task restarts. STRUCTURES: - COGNITIVE: runs, constant help, free spaces, quick defensive transition, etc. - COORDINATIVE: passing, ball control, dribbling, finishing, etc. FOCUS ON: - If there is pressure from the opposing team, or difficulties in building up, superiority can be created by dropping one of the #6s (Cuco or Joni in our team), as seen in the animation. To do this, the two center-backs must widen their positions
