Possession with rotation
- Level:
- Intermediate
- Duration:
- 30 min
Description
In 3 grids, a numerical superiority game is played (3v2 or 4v3 depending on available players), while in the 4th grid, players keep possession. Once possession is lost in the grids—meaning a player intercepts the ball—the player(s) who were pressing, along with the player who lost the ball, must rotate to one of the other grids.
