Description
7 minutes: possession, maximum three (3) touches per player. At the end of the 7', jog back to the halfway line and hydration break. 7 minutes: maximum two (2) touches per player and no return passes allowed to emphasize side-to-side transitions and ball circulation. At the end of the 7', jog back to the halfway line and hydration break. 7 minutes: if the passer takes two (2) touches, the receiver must take one (1) touch and vice versa to emphasize tactical passing (playing the ball into a teammate's advantage). At the end of the 7', jog back to the halfway line, hydration break, and stretching.
