Description
Objective: - Third man concept. - Progressing by looking for far players. Conditioning rules: - Players in the middle zone have only one touch to play back to the passer. - As a variation, we can play to far players after a ground pass. Notes: - The 3 teams are distributed as follows: A team of 6 in the weak zone, in the central zone 1 player from the team in possession and 2 from the defending team, and in the strong zone, a 5v4 is played. - The defending team, after winning the ball, looks for their teammates in the central zone to play back and switch the point of attack. - The team in possession can play to far players in the weak zone after 6 passes or use the player in the central zone as a third man to play back and switch play.
