Description
Objective: - Create free men during progression. Recognize the free man. Conditioning rule: - Defend only in the assigned zone. - 2 attackers enter the build-up zone to defend. Observations: - Task designed to start familiarizing players with ways to progress by creating advantages from the back line. - 2 defenders will enter the build-up zone to simulate a 3-man build-up. - Ensure players are well-positioned in their roles when performing this task.
