Description
Objective: - Find the free man during ball progression. Conditioning rule: - The player in the central zone must play facing either of the two players progressing. Observation: - In pairs, the attacking team (red) must move the ball from zone 1 to zone 3, circulating through the central zone (2) and combining with the player positioned there. - After this sequence, the pair in zone 3 will do the same to return to the start, where the next pair will begin the same action, and so on. - The defensive team (blue) will also work in pairs, defending only within their designated sub-zones, attempting to intercept the ball.
