Description
Objective: - Play between the lines. Conditioning rules: - Superiority in the central zone. - Alternate between pressing with 2 or 3 players against the center-backs. Observations: - If the opposition presses with 2, the pivot will position themselves behind the 1st line of pressure. - If the opposition presses with 3, the pivot will drop into the defensive line. Then, the central midfielder on the opposite side of the pivot's drop will position themselves between the 1st and 2nd line of pressure; if not necessary, the other central midfielder will hold their mark.
