Description
Objective: - Build-up play Conditioning rule: - The opposition has the option to enter the build-up zone with 1 or 2 players. Observations: - The remaining players defend in their respective zones. - Work on drawing the opponent in to find the free man. - If the opposing team closes the inside, we play wide; if they close the outside, we play through the middle.
