Description
Four players are positioned in each rectangle. The players in the middle rectangle attempt to intercept passes from the other two groups. Each of the four players in the outer rectangles has a ball. If a player in the middle manages to intercept a pass, they swap positions with the player who made the intercepted pass. That is, the middle player moves to an outer rectangle and vice versa. Alternatives: More than 12 players can participate. There are different options for passing: - with the inside of the foot - with the instep - with the outside of the foot
