Description
Objective: - Mobility. Conditioning rule: - Aggressive and focused defense. Observations: - The attacking team, supported by jokers, tries to progress in the game and finish by shooting from inside the central zone. - After finishing, if a goal is scored, the same team keeps possession and roles are swapped with the other team. If possession is lost or no goal is scored, the team in possession leaves the field.
