Description
Objective: - Integrating players from other lines. Conditioning rule: - Create numerical superiority in the area where the ball is located. - Defenders cannot leave their assigned zone. Notes: - Play always restarts from the goal, regardless of which one. - A maximum of 2 defenders may enter the build-up phase. - When the ball goes out of play, the corresponding team restarts from the goal. - Lines can be broken via dribbling or passing.
