3-Zone Game: Forwards vs. Defenders and Neutrals

Description

Two teams are formed and 1-4 neutral players are selected (depending on team size). In each zone in front of the goal, two forwards play against two defenders. The remaining players from both teams and the neutrals play in the middle zone. The goal is to pass to the forwards, as only they can score a goal. The goalkeeper must initiate play through the defenders. Only defenders can pass to players in the middle zone. Variations: The passer can join as a third attacker in the final third. Another player in addition to the passer can join in the final third.
