Objective: - Improve playing with back to goal (playing off a teammate). Conditioning rule: - Switch zones before making a maximum of 4 passes. - To switch zones, the player must play off a teammate. Observations: - The player(s) receiving the ball to play off a teammate must play one-touch. - The rest of the players play two-touch.
