Game Formation: Wing Rotation

Description

The right midfielder (No. 6) opens up to the right center-back (CB). Just before the ball reaches the right CB, the right midfielder (RM) sprints towards the center, and the right back (RB) runs along the line into the open space. The CB plays a lofted ball into the RB's path. The RB carries the ball to the goal line and crosses into the center. Meanwhile, the forwards cross paths, and the left midfielder (No. 6) sprints centrally towards the penalty spot. The right midfielder (No. 6) moves to the center to provide cover for second balls or counter-attacks. Then, the left midfielder (No. 6) starts the exercise on the left side.
