Description
Three teams of 4 players are formed. One team attacks with all four players while another team defends with two; the other two wait behind the goal. If the defending team wins the ball, they transition and the other two teammates enter the pitch. The team that lost the ball waits for the next play. The team that won the ball launches an attack towards the opposite goal, where two members of the third team will have entered to defend, and so on. If a goal is scored, the attack continues.
