Double Box
- Level:
- Intermediate
- Duration:
- 20 min
Description
In each square, a minimum number of passes must be completed before a switch of play can be made to the other square; the two defending players must prevent this. Upon completion, a switch of play is made to the other square. Between the two squares, there are two players who are not pressing, waiting to receive the ball. Once the switch of play is executed, these two players move to press the other square. If the ball is intercepted, defenders and attackers switch roles.
