Description
The taker signals and waits for the movements. The player near the goalkeeper comes short, the player at the penalty spot moves to the near post and then out of the box, and the players on the edge of the box make runs to the near post, leaving the far post area free for the center-back to arrive unmarked for the finish once the taker delivers the long ball. The player in the rebound zone must stay alert to cut off any counter-attack if the play breaks down.
