Description
The central player keeps possession within the grid, supported by the player on the short side and the two players on the long sides. When the central player can switch the ball to the other side, they do so. The same possession pattern is repeated with the player on the other short side, while the two players on the long sides shift to the other grid. When the two central players win the ball, they play a 2v1 against the central player.
