Ball Circulation

Description

Inside the squares, teams play 2v2. A neutral player acts as a "playmaker" in the neutral zone. Other neutrals occupy the sides of the squares. The coach passes to a team inside a square. The team in possession plays together with the neutrals against 2 ball hunters to maintain possession. Teams stay in their squares. Free play within the squares. Neutrals play with a maximum of two touches. If the playmaker (neutral player in the middle) receives the ball, they decide whether to pass back or switch play to the other square. After 5-6 minutes, rotate roles and positions so that each player acts as a neutral at least once.
