Description
Objective: - Pack the middle to move the ball wide. Conditioning rules: - We must complete a minimum of 5 consecutive passes inside before playing to the wide jokers. Notes: - The idea is to play to attract pressure inside to then move the ball wide. - If possession is lost, roles are swapped.
