Description
Set up two goals 30m apart with a goalkeeper in each. Divide players into at least three teams of 4. Two teams play against each other for 5 minutes. The third team waits on the sideline. A normal game is played, with the team in possession having the option to use the sideline players for wall passes. After a goal is scored or the ball goes out of play, the goalkeeper must restart the game. Variations: - Sideline players position themselves on the goal lines to force vertical passes. - Limit the number of touches to three, two, or one. - Play with sideline players using direct passes.
