Continuous triangulations

Description

Player A starts the drill with a ground pass to B and runs towards him. B returns the ball with a short pass after taking three steps forward to meet the ball. This is the signal for player C to start his movement, another short run forward to meet the ball, just as B did. The following movements take place in parallel: C leaves his starting position and sprints towards player D. Player A passes the ball received from the wall pass with B into the path of player C, who plays a ground pass to D. Meanwhile, player B sprints to C's starting position and takes his place. A takes B's position. This cycle applies to all triangles and ideally continues until the end of the drill. The passing sequence is: long pass, pivot, through ball. The movement sequence is basically always the same. The player who initiates the pass (long pass) runs after the wall pass to the next cone station. The player who pivots rounds the cone triangle once.
