Description
Objective: - Build-up play with the full-back and finish by playing through the middle. Conditioning rules: - Pivots and the attacking midfielder must stay within the 4 marked zones; no two players can occupy the same position. - Only 2 players from the opposing team are allowed inside each zone. Notes: - Start with the full-back. - We must play through the middle to the free player. - If the opposing team wins the ball, they can finish on goal.
