LINE WORK (Continuous and permanent occupation)

Objective: - Continuous and permanent occupation. Conditioning rules: - When the ball goes wide, the winger must dribble inside the zone and the interior midfielder rotates. - If the ball is switched from the square, there must be a rotation between the winger and the interior midfielder, off the ball. Observations: - The wide lane must always be occupied by a player from the team in possession. - Space must be kept empty, only to be occupied to receive the ball. - The opposing team is not allowed to enter the wide lane to defend.
