One-touch passing
- Level:
- Intermediate
- Duration:
- 05 min
- Recommended age:
- ["cadete","juvenil"]
Description
The player with the ball passes to the teammate in front; as soon as the pass is made, they sprint to the cone. The teammate does not trap the ball but plays it one-touch back to the other line, where the player who passed first joins the back of the line. The player who made the second pass then sprints. The ball travels back and forth between the two lines, being struck only once by each player before they sprint and join either the same or the opposite line.
