One-touch passing

Description

The player with the ball passes to the teammate in front; as soon as they pass, they must sprint to the cone. The teammate does not stop the ball, but plays it one-touch back to the other line, where the player who was behind the first passer joins. The player who made the second pass must then sprint. The ball must go back and forth between the two lines, being struck only once by the player before they sprint and join either the same line or the opposite one.
