Description
Objective: - Shooting + speed. Notes: - The drill starts at station "A" by passing to the player at station "B", who has made a feint to lose their marker. - The player at station "B" plays a one-touch pass back to the player at station "A" and completes the circuit according to the diagram before returning to the start. - The player at station "A" plays a one-touch pass to the player at station "C", who has made a feint to lose their marker. - The player at station "C" plays a one-touch pass back to the player at station "A". - The player at station "A" takes a shot.
