Dribbling and feinting techniques - Dribbling and feinting in two lines of 5

Description

The starting players perform a slalom through the players in their line. To do this, they dribble the ball at high speed and perform a small feint or dribble in front of each player. The players in the line move slowly towards the starting cone. The player closest to the starting cone picks up the extra ball there and begins the exercise once the starting player is halfway through the line. When the player finishes going around all the players, they pass the ball to the other group and join the back of their own group's line. This process is repeated constantly.
