Description

One player from each group starts the drill by dribbling the ball at high speed in opposite directions. When they are 3-4 meters apart, they perform a dribble and then pass the ball to the group in front. This process is repeated constantly using different types of dribbles. Possible dribbles to perform: a.) Step-over b.) Cruyff turn c.) Shot feint d.) Inside/outside foot e.) Change of direction * f.) Inside/sole roll g.) Half-turn h.) Instep + outside i.) Okocha flick * If the coach calls for a change of direction, the player passes the ball back to the group they started from instead of the one in front.
