Description
The coach gives commands for specific cone colors via an auditory signal. 2 players must each dribble around a cone of the specified color. Then, the players dribble back to the starting line. Consider organizing the exercise as a relay race. Players dribble freely in the cone forest. The coach indicates which corner cone the players should dribble to via a visual signal.
