Description
Objective: - Build-up play. Conditioning rule: - Opponent pressure. Observations: Beating the 1st line of pressure: - Create space through fixing defenders so our far-side defensive midfielder can receive after a feint and play back to the 3rd man (center-back). Beating the 2nd line of pressure: - Draw the first two lines of pressure through fixing and create depth with our strikers, so that space appears between the 2nd and the last line of pressure, which will be occupied by one of our wingers/strikers. Beating the 2nd line of pressure: - We will drop the far-side defensive midfielder between the center-backs to fix one of their central midfielders; the rest of their players will be fixed as shown in the diagram, and the space created will be occupied by one of our strikers.
