Description
Two players are positioned at the halfway line. Player A starts with a sprint to the second cone (10m), picks up a ball, and dribbles diagonally towards the next cone. Then, another 20m sprint followed by diagonal dribbling. The third sprint covers 30m, followed by diagonal dribbling. At that point, Player B starts towards the penalty area. Player A dribbles to the goal line and sends a cross to Player B, who attempts to shoot.
