Description

Players run around the pitch. They perform the following tasks at the stations: • 1 Jump through hoops, balancing on one leg for approximately 1 second per hoop • 2 Speed dribbling between yellow cones • 3 Coordination exercises, first forwards and then sideways • 4 Easy dribbling with the ball (recovery) • 5 Plays with the ball past the mannequin, sprint past, and direct finish on goal • 6 Easy dribbling (recovery) • 7 Final jumps over hurdles • 8 Speed dribbling between yellow cones • 9 Easy dribbling (recovery) • 10 Juggling balls, change of direction at the cones • 11 Slalom dribbling through poles • 12 Shots on goal
