Ball Reception and Turning

Description

A passes to B1. B1 receives the ball and plays it to C1. C1 dribbles back to the starting point. The next ball is played to B2 and then passed to C2. Guidelines: Accuracy before power in passes. Play the ball to B1's left foot. Receive with the left and turn with the right to play to C1. Play the ball to B2's right foot. Receive with the right and turn with the left to then pass to C2 with the left foot. Special focus on playing to the correct foot, proper ball reception, and correct turning. Players follow their pass and take the next position. As progress is made or depending on player skill: play more powerful passes, faster position changes, players B and C perform an additional one-two pass.
