Description
Objective: - Anaerobic power. Conditioning rules: - None. Notes: - The task consists of 4 plays: 1st: Players sprint and turn around the pole towards a stationary ball; the first to arrive finishes. 2nd: A player on the left corner will cross, and both players must compete for the finish. 3rd: After the corner finish, they return to turn around the poles again to seek another finish with a stationary ball. 4th: Same as the 2nd, but from the right corner.
