Description

Exercise #1 (Dribbling + Shooting): Players are positioned at cones placed on the sides of the penalty area. From this position and individually, they will dribble the ball, step on it (placing it in the D of the penalty area), sprint to a cone, round it, and sprint again to reach the ball and shoot one-touch. * Once the exercise progresses, players will go 1v1 against the goalkeeper instead of shooting one-touch. Exercise #2 (Possession): A zone will be marked out with cones and the group will be divided into two teams. Inside this zone, players will perform a possession game with free touches. As an objective, they must complete 7 passes without the opponent regaining possession. * As the exercise progresses, the number of touches per player will be reduced, ending with two-touch possession.
