Passing - Variation I

Description

Player A starts the drill with a diagonal pass to player C. C plays a one-touch pass back to player B, who plays another diagonal pass to player D. D then plays a diagonal pass to F, who lays the ball off to E. The sequence ends with a pass from E to G, and the drill repeats with the same pattern. Players run to the next cone after each pass (clockwise) and take that position. The diagonal pass can be played on the ground or in the air, at the player's discretion. Alternative: Change the direction of the passes after performing the drill four times.

Objectives
