Passing in three rectangles with changes - Variant II

Description

Players work in pairs: (A+A) = Red team (B+B) = Yellow team (C+C) = Blue team (D+D) = Grey team (E+E) = Blue team Players start in zone 1. At the beginning, teams A and B (4 players in total) play against team C (2 players). (A+A) and (B+B) must pass the ball between them at least three times; after the third successful pass, they are allowed to pass the ball to the players in zone 2. In that case, the players in zone 2 (team D at the start of the drill) must each take one touch on the ball and then pass it to zone 3, where group E is located. The player from the group in possession (initially groups A and B) who made the pass to zone 2 must run with his partner to zone 3, where they will try, together with group E, to prevent the hunters (group C) from intercepting the ball. The two hunters remain in their defensive positions until they recover the ball or until another player kicks the ball out of the marked boundaries, although offensive-defensive roles can be swapped every 2 minutes. Alternatives: - Unlimited ball touches - Limited ball touches: (e.g., 1 to 3 contacts)
